Sammy's back to square one, and Seadramon's not done with them yet. Boamon is a smug snake and he knows it, the jerk.

Dream Vision is an attack largely based on intelligence and willpower. This particular Seadramon isn't that bright, so it works on him. Smarter or more self-aware opponents are much more difficult to catch with it.
